Responsible for the secure operation of the organization’s computer systems, Application servers Support. Managing Servers like DHCP, DNS and Active directory to Manage users’ accounts. Handling the L-1 and L-2 issue with the help of ManageEngine/JIRA Ticketing tool. Responsible to cover the local area network (LAN), multiple external locations (WAN) Branches over IP Sec VPN as well as communications links to Internet service providers (ISPs). Administration of Microsoft Exchange 365 to manage the mailboxes of users and resources.
