• Complete dedicated Streamerve resource.• Dealing all the client queries/requirements from offshore.• Develop all the critical changes,Configuration and integration with third party application• Handle Change Requests/Indicidents/Batch issues• Groomed & leading the team of 8 members• Regularly Involve in discussion with functional teams & business counterparts related to functional designs/issues• Performing service management,dealing directly with client for requirements in changes.• Handling critical tickets dealing, managing and coordinating with various third party vendors• We use STREAMIN, PreformatIN, XMLIN as event & PageOut & MailOut as process in Design Center in Project.• Has worked with Platform settings & real-time settings, Post processing• Well versed in Streamserve installation locally.• Worked on installing hotfixes in 5.6 version which helped to overcome db high CPU consumption• Has a good working knowledge of PPQ files, Postprocessor repository Tool and Printfiles(AFP, PS formats).• Has worked on sorting, bundling & enveloping functionalities required to make print easier.• Good knowledge of Opentext archiving.• Responsible for changes in the template/content of many letters and invoices.• Proficient in Unix commands & basics of scripting• Has a good knowledge of SAP IS-U transactions and tables.• Have worked on Streamserve integration with SAP to receive input• Configured and worked on Streamserve database from Oracle 11g to Exadata• Knowledge on Exstream 16
