I am an ambitious and self motivated individual and have developed the necessary skills and personal attributes required to succeed in the field of Service Delivery. I have proved my potential through the span of my service in the Company in varied fields from a travel counselor to a Team Leader to a SDL, back up for the Director – South and West India, working on travel finance, projects and travel operations. In the capacity of a trainer, I have worked on various training modules suitable to the India market, CBT solutions for Sabre users, customized training content to suit client specific teams. I aspire to seek opportunity in different lines of business in Business Travel. Operations being my stronghold and having worked on the service delivery side of the business, I look forward to working with the arms of the travel trade which create a strong foundation for a seamless service delivery.
