As an Operations Manager, I have been privileged to wear multiple hats and work closely with leaders and teammates. I led the formation of the Indian subsidiary in a record four-month period and served as the project coordinator and liaison between multiple professional service providers (CPA, Company Secretary, Banks, and Recruiters). I have also created various processes and document templates to streamline onboarding, training, and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees.

I joined BWA as a licensed architect in India with 6+ years of professional experience, which involved successfully running an Architectural + Interior Design studio in partnership for two years. BWA offered me the opportunity to adapt to new professional challenges and succeed. I coordinated directly with the Principal and Associate Principal on research, planning, designing, and administering building projects while carrying out supervisory responsibilities. One avenue I independently pursued was creating an opportunity for the firm to collaborate internationally with my former architectural firm in India for projects. I traveled to India to represent the company and presented my design concept to the Rural Institute of Development in Hyderabad.
