 Documentation: I've been responsible for managing and organizing important employee documents, to ensure everything is well-organized and easily accessible. Recruitment: I've been actively involved in the process of finding and selecting the right individuals to join our company, ensuring they have the skills and qualities needed for the job.  Salary Negotiation: I've been part of the team that discusses and agrees upon compensation with potential employees, making sure that both sides are content with the salary and benefits offered.  Employee Onboarding: I've played a crucial role in welcoming new employees to our organization. This involves helping them settle into their roles smoothly, providing them with necessary information, and ensuring they feel comfortable and prepared

I've been working as an HR recruiter, which means my main role has been to find and match the right people with job opportunities. I've had the privilege to work in two different types of industries: IT (Information Technology) and non-IT. As part of my role, I've also conducted interviews with candidates on behalf of our clients. This means I've talked to potential employees to gauge their fit for the roles our clients are offering. Beyond external hiring, I've also played a role in internal hiring within the company I work for. This involves identifying talented individuals within the organization and considering them for new roles.
