• Correspondence with the Buyers & Factory.• Check costing with both buyers& vendors.• Negotiate with Buyers & Vendors regarding costing.• Follow up with buyer and vendors regarding Fabric development, all kind of Samples and Trims.• Keep record for all samples and trims with file.• Co-ordinate & plan with fabrication, Procurement & ProductionDepartment.• I do follow up with time & action plan with PM & Merchandising Manager.• Maintain & update order file & make sure to incorporate time-to-time.• Visit factory when needed to check in line to bulk production.• Coordinate and liaise with factory and buyers to ensure smooth cargooperations.• Maintain shipment record, purchase order & buyer approval record.• Monitor logistics of ongoing shipments & pipeline information.• Coordinate closely with logistic department on schedule and booking.• Ensure on time shipment with better quality to buyer.• Working with vendors about sustainability issues

Coordinating :• Direct corresponded with buyers & vendors.• SMS sample developing with vendors and send to brand on time.• Negotiation costing with vendors and send to brand accordingly• Follow up with supplier Fabric & Trims developing.• Sourcing new fabrics collection and send to brand accordingly.• Monitor bulk order with QC and follow up with supplier.• Before production provide briefing on styling and quality improvement with QC team.• Sending all production reports to management.• Randomly visit factory to check in line production.• I do follow up with buying QC about quality & sample issues.• Follow up with forwarder for on time cargo booking.• Follow up with commercial for on time shipment document submission

Responsibilities :• Costing analysis with Senior Merchandiser• Mail correspondence with buying house.• JSS submit on time.• Fabric booking with fabric supplier & in house on time.• Accessories booking & in-house on time.• PP sample follow up &arrange pp meeting with buying QC.• Fabric & accessories inventory follow up with store manager.• Shade band follow up & take approval from buying house.• Productions follow up with planning team.• Arrange test report before shipment from SGS & upload to WEB.• Shipments follow up.
