Handling E&I maintenance

From May’09 Till date in RMPP, Coke Oven & Pellet Plant Project(E&I)Responsible for administering , organizing electrical & Instruments maintenance of Coke oven & RMPP.Coordinate &liaise with engineers, architect & contractors.Maintained & modified the existing systems.Updated material consumption ,Power consumption, Costing reportsExecuted ISO9001:2008 activities with other TQM procedures.Responsible for preparing specifications for purchase of electrical equipments & materials.Assigned the task of preparing presentation for conducting staff training.Worked collaboratively with operation engineers, purchasers, mechanical Managers & other internal staffs to solve delicate issues.Have gathered immense database about operation areas like coke oven batteries, coal handling , Stackers reclaimers, Wagon Tippler Pusher cum charging cars, Quenching Car, Stamping machine, conveying systems, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, EOT Crane & Pellet plant project etc.

Handled the task of reviewing technical drawings & specification of electrical systems(PFD,P&ID,GAD,SLD ETC).Efficiently managed to plan, monitor, control & execute many Process feeding related projects in various cement, steel , Power plants within time & cost deadline.Had commissioned many process feed control equipments like Weigh feeders, Solid flow feeders, Bin level measuring systems, Loss in weight systems along with PLC & SCADA with team starting from FAT to SAT.Responsible for coordinating with internal & external clients.Assigned the task of developing budgets, materials, estimating labor & project construction costs, scheduling projects .Updated daily report of the activities of the project team to management.Executed many modifications whichever necessary in project site.
