Senior Business Analyst
Current• Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and user requirements.• Prototyping the requirements: Creating application prototype using Ux/UI tools such as Figma so that the users can feel the output required for the project.• Data analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.• Solutions-Focused Approach: Adapting a solutions-focused mindset in all activities and• Process/Mind mapping using MIRO: Develop clear and concise process maps to visualise and communicate business workflows using whiteboard applications like MIRO. Ensure alignment of processes with organisational goals and Project requirements.• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of current and optimised processes mostly in Confluence. Ensure documentation is accessible and easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Stakeholder collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on processes. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.• Agile methodologies: Adapting scrum/kanban methodologies depending on the complexity and project delivery timelines. Planning work for the sprints along with creating quarterly delivery plans for the project.
