I’m an experienced Product Design Director, specialising in digital user experience. I like to take on complex and multi layered problems, and aim to deliver straightforward, intuitive experiences.I manage the digital or product design process end-to-end, from UX deliverables (gathering requirements, concept workshops, wireframes, prototypes, specifications and user testing) right through to highly polished, beautiful interfaces. It is important for me to stay hands on and work on design challenges myself, whilst also managing stakeholder relationships and team dynamics.That means – using research, evidence based insight and experience – I could hopefully help to get your product, service, or software up and running efficiently.your users.I have built design teams and successfully managed multiple teams (in agencies and in-house), both onsite and remotely, establishing design processes and being the ‘design-thinking evangelist’ across organisations.
