Taking care of existing client business of Crisil in Punjab Himachal and J and k Managing the team of BDOS. •Handling a client base of over 1000 in the assigned territory which is , Punjab, Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir.•Proven abilities in brand building, brand communication, brands sales and establishing strong primary and secondary network•Analyzing business potential & executing strategies to drive sales and achieve desired targets.•Customer Retention (Client Relationship Management).•Recruit and train people for BD activities in these areas to generate business and various Business Development activities.•Meeting key stakeholders –Directors, CFO and the CEO’s of potential organizations for business acquisition and revenue growth.•Translating the broad strategic objectives into specific tactical plans and the swift execution of the same to meet the annual revenue targets.•Research and disseminate Business Development intelligence on existing and potential clients to make them understand the benefits and need for Basel-II Rating in order to comply with the RBIs Guidelines.•Client retention of the existing clientele (Key Account Management).•Responsible for the P&L of the assigned territory and performance of the Team Members across the assigned territory and ensuring the overall revenue targets are achieved.•Revenue generation by cross-selling services offered by the company other than Bank Loan Rating.•Conduct and participate in various Marketing activities such as seminars, presentations, high-tea events etc., to enhance and maintain the brand value Crisil ltd•Contributing to the process of Annual Budgeting and setting of Annual Targets for the teams.•Analysis of MIS on a daily basis for the releases from competing agencies and reporting to the same to the management for market intelligence and assessment.
