1) Taking Care of all Security Equipment & Electronic Surveillance for IBM.2) Managing a physical manpower strength including ERO,SO,G,SUP.3) Reviewing the security systems, resources and procedures regionally and periodically to ensure that they are working effectively towards loss prevention of the facilities and updating Security Head accordingly.4) Responsible for all the security equipment’s and systems installed at the sites within the region with the help of operation team and guarding security personnel.5) Conducting periodic checks and testing of all the security system and equipment'sGenerate report and upload the same in Security Management Tools Like Security Management System,Location Emergency Plan and Location Risk Analysis.6) Recommending installation & deployment of safe guards & control mechanisms.7) Making MIS reports of attendance, LRA, LEP and SMS for north region on weekly/Monthly basis.8) Ensure that all the security procedures are enforced and complied with by all the Staff and the security staff as well.
