I joined Osirium to orchestrate the Initial public offering (IPO) of shares for Osirium's stock market debut, resulting in Osirium successfully listing on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange (LSE) in April 2016.Osirium Technologies plc, is a UK based Cyber-Security software provider, that set out to raise £4m, and in April 2016 announced a successful fundraising of £8.8 millionA total of 5,655,773 Placing Shares have been placed with institutional and other investors at a Placing Price of 156 pence per share. The market capitalisation of the Company on Admission at the Placing Price will be £16.2 million. The Placing was three times oversubscribed. Osirium has also completed a secondary fund raise of £4.2m in March 2018.

Artilium Plc is a demonstrated leader in the development of next generation SaaS Software and Mobile communication technologies and services. Artilium's strategy focused on a buy and build strategy that included a 10% share for share exchange with Pareteum in October 2018, the acquisition if IDM GMBH in January 2018 increasing the business value before Artilium was sold by a court sanctioned scheme of arrangement where Pareteum Acquired Artilium for $104.7 Million £78 Million in October 2018. Continued to be employed until January 2019 delivering a 100 day plan.
