As a box office associate I took calls, worked concierge, sold tickets/membership packages, did IT work for frozen accounts, communicated with my managers when issues arose, and ran analytical reports.

My duties include selling and exchanging tickets for the season, customer relations, and working closely with Group Sales. Other duties included handling difficult customers, communicating with House Management, and training new hires.
