I am an energetic and inspiring Chartered Civil Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, with a passion for performance excellence. I am a technically orientated critical thinker. I have worked across almost all sectors of the construction industry and at all stages of project lifecycle. My engineering is central to my decision making allowing me to generate pace and precision in project delivery. I have lead multi disciplinary teams as Project Director for schemes up to £250M and as Technical Director for schemes up to £1Bn.I focus my energy to delivering strategy for Customers, stakeholders and my employer. I create a habit of excellence in myself and the teams I work with, focusing down and into our organisation to ensure that our delivery is exceeding expectations of those we serve.I am passionate about well made decisions and transparency. I hold all important tasks to be valuable and generate collaborative environments for everyone to add value and excel in their roles. I enjoy my work and endeavour that everyone I can influence is fully satisfied in their contributions. I act responsibly and with discipline understanding the implications of my decisions on short term and long term outcomes.I am additionally a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute and Board Member of Get It Right Initiative.
