Strong evidence from market research shows that the era of value-based marketing is coming. Neuroscience has proven that emotional values are at the center of human decision-making. And the latest advances in AI and beyond (generative AI, knowledge graphs, digital twins, etc.) are now making it possible for the first time.With three decades at the cutting edge of commercially successful innovation in eCommerce AI and behavioral insight, some call me a thought leader.
