As the Director of Education I owned all education aspects related to Therabody across designated regions, identified, developed and advocated educational opportunities in the region, took ownership of projects within scope and budget, including executing strategy for all regional education requests, and supported SM Agency education projects to drive sales and high-quality SM content.I also worked alongside internal creative teams to develop content for advertising Therabody courses, maintained supportive relationships with certified Therabody professional sport partners, tailored education offerings for local markets within the ANZ region, including language, learning platforms, and conformity to local CECs, ensured the availability of Therabody Educators for courses and upskill sessions, and facilitated Therabody Digital operations, virtual and live courses across designated regions.Key Achievements:• Successfully delivered Therabody product education to over 100 shaver shop stores across Australia and New Zealand, leading to a stronger sell through rate.• Underwent full product training of TheraOne, Therabody’s CBD ecosystem in preparation for the Australian GTM.• Collaborated with AFL and NRL sports marketing teams to leverage partnerships through educating key stakeholders such as individual athletes to individual club SM teams.• The above collaborations increased brand awareness to AFL fans and of NRL fans in first year of the partnership.• Successfully provided ongoing in-person Therabody training and education on recovery technologies to all 18 AFL high performance staff.

Endeavour College is one of Australia's premier providers of health and fitness education. They offered qualifications and a range of PT courses to help fitness professionals succeed.As a Senior Trainer and Assessor, I planned, delivered and mapped out the Certificate III and IV, as well as the Diploma in Fitness according to ISC guidelines, and created, reviewed and updated all course assessments while adhering to industry standards.I also developed and maintained close relationships with external stakeholders including the Victorian Institute of Sport, ASQA, Fitness Australia, and others, upheld company standards to deliver a cutting edge and engaging curriculum, and provided support online and on campus for students throughout their studies via webinars, tutorials and face to face delivery sessions.Key Achievements:• Managed an education team for the Victorian campus, as well as the course delivery and assessment process. This resulted in a completion rate of 92%, compared to the national average of 60%.• Successfully produced engaging content for Certificate III & IV training packages, including pre-recorded lectures and video content for students to access online.• Played a key role in updating the Certificate III & IV in Fitness SIS30315 training package, and rolled out the new course.

Facilitation and coordination of the Exercise Prescription Unit of Bsc Applied Science of Golf & Tennis Degree. My role was to develop, deliver and assess the material for the subject whilst providing tutorial sessions for students.
