As CEO of Atrum, I lead a team building the Home of Connection - a platform bringing together extraordinary individuals to foster meaningful relationships and achieve greater returns in life, whether personal, professional, or philanthropic. Atrum combines a community-building arm, which organises intimate gatherings worldwide, with a principal investment arm that connects innovative opportunities to family offices and institutional capitalThroughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of asset classes, holding leadership positions in both startups and established organisations. I’ve been privileged to play a key role in founding two banks, a unique experience that has deepened my understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and good governance in financial services. My experience also included both lending as a commercial real estate investor and borrowing as a developer, as well as raising venture capital for startups and now deploying it in venture and growth investments - combinations that provided perspective on both sides of the respective tables. My background includes managing credit portfolios of up to $65 billion and leading the launch and growth of businesses in venture capital, commercial real estate, and fintech.Outside of Atrum, I serve on the Corporate and Philanthropy Leadership Group of Breakthrough T1D, a charity dedicated to curing Type 1 diabetes, a cause that is close to my heart as the parent of a young daughter with Type 1.I enjoy learning new things, taking on hard challenges, and building great teams with collaborative cultures.
