Emea Change Director
My role broadly covered Change Management Programmes to head up the Planning and Initiatives Team in Aon Infrastructure Services (AITS) EMEA. I managed 22 staff from Project Director level through Manager to Project Office Analyst.The team was split 70/30 Project Management / PMO support (Krakow based), whilst also managing a budget of $500k for additional "bodyshop" HP extended PM services.As part of this role I successfully programme managed a £4.5m insource of technology support services across the UK, and built a process and governance structure for EMEA Technology spend management. I ran a monthly governance with COO representatives across all solution lines tracking demand prioritisation decisions and overall execution health of all projects / programmes for Infrastructure technology across EMEA.The role included being part of the EMEA IT Leadership team and broader Global IT Extended Leadership, occasionally operating as a chief of staff to our EMEA CTO. In this capacity I planned annual LT+XLT offsite, wrote materials, prepared and hosted monthly town halls, whilst group driving engagement programmes and weekly LT meetings.
