Rupert is a Chartered Psychologist, originally from a public sector clinical background, who has diversified into the organisational development, executive coaching and sports psychology fields. He has over 20 years’ experience of running his own company and has also held associate and senior consultant positions with a global organisational development consultancy, working extensively in the U.K., Europe and the U.S.A. His breadth of experience spans work with client companies from the defence technology, energy generation, automotive manufacturing, pharmaceutical, finance, legal, facilities management and Formula 1 motor sport industries, as well as public sector bodies. Within the sports psychology field, he has worked with several manufacturer teams, the national motor sports association and individual competitors.
