I am the Branch Director for our Padstow and Exeter offices, whilst also being a Commercial Account Executive looking after a longstanding client base. With over 20 years industry experience I work closely with customers and insurers, both existing and new, to develop bespoke insurance solutions to protect their businesses.I believe in a client first approach, thorough and open conversations, and building strong long term relationships. Every client and business is unique and so is the right insurance solution. I take the time to understand the customers’ needs and to then deliver the right bespoke solution.I am passionate about the South West where I am based, as is Howden – an employee owned, people first business with our customers at the heart.
