Concurrently managed the USA Ingredient Marketing team for 12 months. Directly managed the start-up of Fonterra Pacific Inc. to invest in and manufacture cheese and protein products in California. Led engagements with Fonterra customers to seek partnership opportunities, one of these culminating in the creation of protein producer Columbia River Technologies Inc.
