• Part of the Global Solutions leadership team with responsibility to lead key deals across NSC and implement the bid management methodology.
• Bid Manged two deals with a combined TCV of €420m in 2017/18 through proposal, due diligence and contract.

• Identified trends that influenced the UK market and engaged across the business to break the UK public sector portfolio into discreet services for the Cloud. Started the strategic alignment to the global portfolio.
• Worked with the Global and EMEA Workplace Portfolio teams to shape the strategic direction of the offerings, defining the strategic architecture and prioritising development.
• Shaped delivery through IT operations for UK customer, such as AWE who were using UK PS Security Cleared staff to support and manage Office 365 as part of a $26m contract.
• Oversaw the service design, implementation and operation of Workplace Solutions across the UK&I accounts such as DWP, AWE, Norfolk County Council and MOJ
• Liaised with Microsoft to facilitate $90m of joint solutions into UK accounts, particularly on Office 365 and Windows 10.Provided early engagement advisory to customers aligned to business objectives, such as AB InBev.

• Worked on a variety of opportunities across the financial, manufacturing and public sectors:o Ran the $40m bid for Leeds Building Society to deliver a mortgage and loans system o Closed the Virgin Atlantic Airlines PCI.

• Acted as a consultant for HPE internal and external customers with a typical budget of between £5m and £70m:o Assigned to recover Barclays OV Manager of Managers and Asset Management projects o Part of recovery team.

• Responsible for the deployment of the new Dell desktop to 10,000 users across 9 countries in Europe as part of the Unilever Odyssey Program.
• Managed a number of delivery teams across Europe to deliver the desktop to Production.
• Co-ordination with the back office and service management projects.

Delivered two major projects covering Cloud application development and infrastructure.

• Managed operations across the southern region responsible for 35 consultants.
• Addressed internal issues arising from the growth of the division and acquisition.
• Acted as Consultant Programme or Project Manager for a number of customers including the delivery of two internet banks.
