Invoice Processing of PO & Non-PO in SAP of Raw Material & Other Services with proper scrutiny & two ways checking.Processing outgoing payments as well as incoming payments in SAP within given time period.Freight Outward Invoice Booking & Payment processing with proper checking of all documents & Agreements & also ensuring for proper RCM input credit.Bank Reconciliation & timely updating bank entries in SAP.Ensuring timely & accurate payment of Statutory Compliances.Employee reimbursements processing in SAP.Escalations from suppliers & resolving the same at the given time period.Updating daily cashflow with actual & projected payments.Vendor Creation in SAP as per the requirement.Vendor Master Updating in SAP at regular Intervals.Follow up for Invoices with Stores Department against Pending GR/IR.Clearing of all control Accounts (GR/IR Clearing).Preparation and accounting of Debit & Credit Notes to Vendors.Follow up for advances with concern departments for timely submission of Invoices & settle the advances before giving any new Advance.Reconciliation of Vendor Ledger on Regular basis.Respond to Vendor’s Queries with proper clarification to avoid any discrepancies.Executed Stock Audit & Statutory Audit in Food Manufacturing Company.Knowledge of TDS & GST.Other Work Related to Accounts.
