• Handling complete file from login to disbursement.• Initiating FI, RCU & valuation for the cases & providing initial Credit Queries in the case to Sales team & focussing to complete these within TAT.• Doing PD (Personal Discussion), • Verifying all Provided property, business / employment, KYC & other required documents of customer.• Calculating Average income of customer as per Credit PD / ITR/ Salary Slips/ Certificates as per Credit Policy & Credit Verification.• Monitoring & coordinating with FI, RCU & Valuation agencies to provide reports within TAT.• Focussing on Business target achievement collaboration with sales team.• Coordinating with sales executive about pre & post sanction queries & fulfilling the queries in Minimum TAT.• Handled Cases of ticket size from 1 lack to 1 Cr. Of Home loan & LAP.• After approvals generating sanction letter in system on the basis of deviations & conditions in the cases.• Checking CAM subjectivities, Verifying Disbursement Memos & processing it for further process of disbursement.• Coordinating with HO Credit Committee for Case analysis & queries.• Coordinating with Internal Audit & credit compliance team regarding Disbursed cases within TAT with proper justifications.• Organizing monthly training with sales team as well as with credit team & review meetings to understand & solve the problems getting in branch target achievement, & discussing about quality cases for login by sales team.
