Receiving of claim tyres, Test tyres from all India CNF (For TBR/PSR Both) and Maintain data monthly wise for all India claim settled Tyres .Do claim tyres monthly re-inspection for TBR and PSR and maintain all tyres data in SAP.Analysis of MFG/ADW tyres with QA team.Making Monthly Claim Re inspection Report.Responsible for receiving test tyres, from FGWH and dispatch it to field for field testing and maintaining data of test tyres ,Create reservation in SAP for Test Tyres .Responsible for sending tyres at ARAI for testing purposes on returnable basis. Co - Ordinate with field Engineer for MFG/ADW/SPW Claims tyres settlement .Follow-up with scrap vendor and stores team for the claim tyre scrap on monthly basis (For TBR/PSR Both).Pickup arrangement and document preparation( Dilevery challan, NRGP )for Test/claim tyres/weight plate etc. (For TBR/PSR Both).Coordination with Stores, finish goods warehouse, for dispatches and documentation preparation (For TBR/PSR Both).Domestics dispatch of all TSD related shipment like Test tyres, claim tyres, Tools, documents, depth gauges for dealers, etc (Forth TBR/PSR Both). Maintain all data in SAP.
