Managing team of 30+ employees. managing KPI, KRI Review and People management :- Prepare and present monthly KPI and KRI data to client - Hiring, training and attrition management- Track and manage BAU 1st Department - Loan Servicing & Trade settlement: - Processing of notices in WSO & GENEVA, - Trade settlement in WSO & GENEVA, - Resolving Cash Breaks, Interacting with Agent bank, counterparty and PB. 2nd Department - Loan Operation/ Reconciliation: Performing cash and Position reconciliation for product type Bank Debt, Equity, SWAP, Forward FX, Capital Call, Loan, Bond etc. This Recon is perform for fund type CLO, CDO, BDC, PE, MA, PD etc. 3rd Department - Blocker Recon:Performing cash and Position reconciliation for sub-lending process, reviewing org chart of deal, streaming cash upward and downward between deal org chart, reviewing distribution file, chasing PB for unapplied wires. 4th Department - CLO Compliance: Prepare Cash Projection Report, Prepare waterfall distribution, book distribution in GENEVA, Review daily ratings between rating agencies(moody's and s&p ) vs Indenture document.

1st Client = Private Debt, Equity, Commercial & Real Estate Loans (OTC - Bank Loan Product) Loan Servicing/asset Servicing:- Read Credit Agreement and extract Static & Contract level information for deal setup.- Process restructure in LMS (Loan Management system) and send instruction for GENEVA.- Process life cycle events like rollover, paydown, PIK, combine, SPLIT, etc.- Daily perform/review cash recon, position recon and Prime broker(PB) balance recon- Prepare OID discount schedules for daily trade pricing and prepare loaders for GENEVA- Publish Cash Rec MIS, PB Balance MIS etc.- Chase Agent bank for missing notices- Perform Accrued Interest reconciliation Loan Settlement:- Book Trade in LMS & GENEVA (Though GENEVA Excel template)- Calculate and book trade fee i.e., Cost of Carry, Delayed Comp & Economic benefit- Prepare Assignment agreement (Bank Loan deal) & Operation agreement (Equity & mortgage) and send to signatories- Prepare wire for Expense invoices, Buy & Drawdown wire etc. Loan Agency:- Chase borrower on T-7 to ensure payment on T date,- Prepare interest & paydown notices on T-2 date and sent across to all lender,- Prepare rate set notice on T date or T-1 date and sent across to all Lender,- Prepare wire for incoming money received from borrower and distribute between lenders Fund Accounting:- Perform MTD (Month To Date) PNL reconciliation Tool’s & Software:- LMS(Loan Management system), Clear Par, PowerBI, GENEVA, Pipeline(wire preparation & Static data building), WSO Admin, Clear Par, Electra(Reconciliation Tool), and Portia tools 2nd Client = CLO Fund structure Daily cash overview preparation, Daily metrics preparation, CLO compliance tests, Hypothetical trade (s), scenario testing, effective date tie-out process CLO, Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Investor reports CLO warehouses support, Reinvestment Period, Waterfall Date – Review waterfall template and book coupons on notes(Liability booked), book all fees.
