Worked as Manager-Finance. The job responsibilities involve: Finalization of accounts, Capitalization of Fixed Assets, preparation of Segmentwise P&L and Segmentwise Balance Sheet.Handling Statutory audit, Tax audit, VAT audit, Excise Audit 2000 etc. Ledger Scrutiny with the aim of improving quality of accounts. Liasioning with concerned Statutory Authorities and solving queries thereof. Filing of tax returns like TDS returns, VAT returns etc.Preparation of various MIS reports e.g. Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, Working Capital statement, Cash Flow.
