 Lead and coordinate the activities of Plant and Machinery Department, a team of more than 200 people responsible for the operation and maintenance of the assets (worth of Rs. 15 crores and more).  Planning, scheduling and implementing for operation & maintenance of Construction equipment.  Facilitating planned/ preventive/ predictive maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment. Ensuring formulation of plans for tackling breakdowns, spare parts management and taking suitable action for resolving all major breakdowns at the sites. Develop the Preventive and Predictive maintenance criteria, infrastructures for proper maintenance of equipment and introduce maintenance schedules for reliability of equipment. Reviewing existing processes and initiating measures for enhancing Plant & Machinery capacity as well as productivity, providing continuous engineering support on existing products to maintain and improve margins, performance and quality.  Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Ensuring strict compliance with quality parameters like process capability, rejection/re-work, etc.  Maintaining and updating regular MIS reports for the purpose of reviews and utilization of information for further necessary action & reference. Communicating on daily basis for current and next course of action. Weekly basis is to provide the areas of focus and monthly basis for overall review and issues to be addressed. Supervising and managing on site activities inclusive of contract administration, supply chain activities, inventory, project coordination and timely execution of tasks. Renovate of out-dated technology of the out dated equipment and increase the availability and utilization of available resources.

 Schedule and review Deployment and Maintenance of equipment. Proficient supervision of Erection, Commissioning, Deployment, Maintenance & Repair of Plants, Vehicles and Machineries. Pursue methods to ensure optimum and safe utilisation of resources and meet the requirements of planning department. Derive, Implement and maintain a proper monitoring and tracking system of all activities of the department.
