RFQ enquiry to vendor & Rate Negotiation of all materials and prepare CSQ. 8. Purchase Order for Materials (PO) making after vendor finalized.9. Make Sale Order and Debit to vendor if nay kind of shortage material received.10. Prepare STO for internally transfer of materials & Generate Delivery Challan& E Way Bill.
