Key Responsibilities Handled:- Primary role is to planning, implementation and migration of customer WAN/LAN to new Cisco/Velo devices for different Nike store in different countries of world. Configure new cisco routers, firewalls, switches and velocloud routers. IOS upgrade of cisco routers and switches.  Handling scheduled activity for installations of routers with new WAN circuit and customer migrations (Change management for end customer). UPS replacement at customer site for Europe and UK countries. Resolving customer issues like link down/latency/drops and issues in store devices working with ISP provider and onsite tech/store person.

Worked with Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai at client location in Reliance Communications. My role was to troubleshoot Mpls-vpn link of reliance enterprise customer and guiding field engineer for the same.  Looking after services provided to customers (L3VPN and DIA Services) of Reliance by clearing there problems like (Link down / Packet Loss /link fluctuation /latency etc.) Coordinating with RDN, OSP, MEN and Field Team to carry out for resolving various issues related to network. Hands-on experience on RAD, Huahuan EoPDH, Nortal, Fibcom Equipments for Ethernet and serial connectivity to L3VPN customers.  Hands on experience on Cisco and Huawei routers for data services with the knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF and BGP. Resolving the customer issues through Nortel Preside Solution in conjunction with various vender (Nortel, Marconi, and Fibcom) equipment guidelines. Responsible for smooth network operations of hieratical Data Network in a multivendor environment.
