• Led Polyester fabric sourcing business from Surat worth $25M annually.
• Led the project of Mill scorecard evaluation and bringing up the right source in Tier 2 Mill Matrix.
• Developed a comprehensive Re-launch plan for down trending chiffon business worth $10M through product elevation and by bringing it to sustainable chain in 2016.
• Developed the model of getting visibility on the greige stock of key qualities to support the fast track chase order timeline.
• Led the team to set up an information flow model between cross-functional teams like the Inspection team, Mill Executive team, and the Marketing to for smooth execution of bulk orders.
• Fabric defect and testing failure assessment by partnering with the Marketing and QA team for fast troubleshooting.

• Have handled both quality assurance as well as fabric sourcing for an Urban section of bottoms/khakis. Have sourced fabric with all major mills of India ie. Auro textile, Nahar, Arvind, Mandhana, BRFL, Ashima, Alok &.
• Arranging mill week for seasonal range creation, selection & market analysis.
• Bridging up communication with all stakeholders from trend to concept and then executing bulk orders.
• Sharing key information with supply chain partners like Testing and inspection protocol, key product information, and pre-alerting on possible concerns specific to quality.
• Improving quality by regular Mill Audit., random inspection through 4-point count system prior to bulk dispatch.
• Coordinating with suppliers in resolving different quality issues.
