1. Finance & Accounts - Receivables Management, Cash Management, Banking transactions, Reconciliations, Managing Investment Portfolio, Salary Disbursements, Depositing PF, TDS, Service Tax, routine correspondence.2. Routine Accounts MIS to Management - Monthly/Quarterly Expense Statement.3. All Statutory Returns - Preparation & Filing of TDS, PF Returns & assisting in Service Tax, Income Tax & ROC Returns and related Forms.4. Internal Audit/Statutory Audit - Finalization of Books of Accounts, Coordination with Auditors etc. 5. Subscription Invoicing to Members and payment follow-up.6. Other Special Assignments – Compilation of Ad Revenue Outstanding data received from members through a Customized Software. 7. Also assisting with General Office Administration work
