• Sourcing and screening candidates for different roles and working with team to coordinate interviews, offers and on boarding• Engaging with candidates at all stages of the process to create a unique and positive experience regardless of outcome, including providing interview and application feedback• Acting as brand ambassador to educate candidates on culture, career growth, benefits and advantages of working for company• Articulate a job offer to the candidate and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as appropriate• Cooperating with company leaders in change management and talent solutions to gain competitive edge in job market• Leveraging employee referrals, direct sourcing, Internet applications and recruitment agencies to source candidates for positions• Liaising with Line managers to understand requirements within volume recruitment• Studying talent assessment data to determine best fit for positions across businesses• Reviewing employment applications and background check reports to facilitate hiring process• Managing recruitment planning and coordination, new hire joining formalities, updating career site• Assist with employer branding and ensure we offer a positive candidate experience (Attending events, social media, etc)• Main point of contact with recruitment agencies and 3rd parties across the Group on all recruitment• Processing Vendor invoices, creating purchase orders and uploading them in Oracle and coordinating with finance team• Managing compliance for one of the operation’s clients and ensuring documents are up to date• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing sourcing strategies and ensuring that the recruitment process runs efficiently• Analysing recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with stakeholders• Negotiating contracts and managing budget for outstation recruiting expenses
