Presently in the role of Process Auditor in Branch Control Unit which conducts internal audit for Wholesale Banking Operations across Eastern India consisting of 13 states and 255 locations. Scope of operations consist of 255 WBO locations, 28 Primary Clearing House locations, 68 Backup clearing centers, 97 Asset & Liability desks, 4 Currency Chests, Central processing units of Trade & Loan against Gold Operations and Central Processing unit of liability (account opening & customer instructions) catering to 413 Retail Branch Detailed job includes: Setting up of new branches includes understanding organization’s requirements,  Quality Control through implementation and sustenance of 5S to nurture an environment facilitating maximum productivity of staff. Cost Control methods are discussed with staff at various locations to maximize productivity  Regular Review of Process followed at various branches by personally visiting the locations and suggesting improvements to ensure minimal audit exceptions in the region. Implementation of new processes and checking their viability before actual roll out. Giving feedback to IT regarding the enhancements needed in different software for smoother functioning of branches and higher automation for end user without compromising regulatory control/s Training & DevelopmentTraining Coordinator for entire East for all staff of Wholesale Banking operations. To ensure that approximately 600 operations staff across east attends 2 mandays of training each FY. Have been instrumental in giving valuable inputs for designing and updating training materials Have been instrumental in developing new techniques and tools for checking deviation in operations . Have also provided different techniques which had been implemented for cost control measures

Started my career at ICICI Bank Ltd. at Saharanpur , UP. as an Officer. During my one year stint with ICICI I worked in different desks of branch banking like Welcome Desk - Account opening and resolving customer queries Branch ops - Meeting customer demands like FD , RD , DD & MC deliveries , Tax queries Teller - Single window Cash withdrawal and deposits, Branch Cash remittance to Currency chests, Impounding forged notes and necessary reporting to RO for onward submission to RBIATM Operations - Loading and tallying branch ATM.
