Creation of Purchase Order in JDA:  Well versed in implementing error free Purchase Order through JDA Software for 87 Distribution Centres for around 1000 stores across India. End to End support in mapping Correct PO Numbers in JDA. Streaming Merchandising transaction in JDA for TMS.  Providing complete technological support in executing General PO Creation Process.1.2 Price Updating:  Once Stocks is received, Prising is updated across PAN India at all 1000 stores & 85 FRC. Make sure that Prising is accurate as per Brands, Models & Make. Dealer Price & Selling Price (MOP) is updated as per the market prising from the Brands.  As per VAT State wise, prising is updated across PAN India. Close working with Marketing Team & Updating the prises of the product like discounts, offers, etc.1.3 Preparing MIS Reports: GRN Reports are prepared which gives a clear snapshot of order processed & order punched from the vendor. On Hand Stock Report is prepared in terms of marketing conditions.  NOD Reports is the data collected from DC to Stores and from that basis, further ordering data is processed. Fill Rate Report is the data collected from the Vendor & further processes. 1.1 Vendor Data Management Follow up with the Vendor across PAN India for orders punched as per requirements.  Coordinated with DC & FRC on orders received to ensure 100% GRN data is uploaded. Follow up with E-commerce & Micro Locations for Bulk Purchasers at Metro Stores, Hypercity, Big Bazaar, etc. Inter State Purchasing is a very important activity which is done on a monthly basis.
