I have worked for o2 for over 13years. I started originally as an eager part-time sales person with enthusiasm, drive and determination to succeed which lead me to my status as branch sales manager. My role as a branch sales manager in an o2 store was to create a world class customer experience through highly motivated and engaged team members who are clear on what great in-store performance looks like. I have taken full responsibility for the day to day running of the store through effective management, development and motivation of the team. Together we achieved, over achieved and improved business KPI’s including store standards, compliance, sales targets and customer experience measures (mystery shop experience). I also worked in addition to support the area by sharing best practice and contributing to the areas success as a whole i.e. team training events, management presentations , technical and specification training and people support. Since leaving Telefonica in May 2014 I have pursued my own desire in the property business. I have personal interest in the property market for the past 12 years. In my recent time I have purchased properties via Savills auction (2 Flat in South Croydon CR2 area) as a development/renovation projects and in which now produces rent. I have underwritten on 3 additional properties via Auction House London. The passion I have is the ability to negotiate in something I find interesting and making money from the sale. I have dealt with sales and customer excellence my whole career life up to date and would like to find a career that interests me and I find rewarding. The passion I show when it comes to sales and building customer relations will be easily seen, demonstrated and the natural ability to build trust and rapport is now become a natural element of my everyday life. I am now looking for a new career within Sales/Public Relations/Home Office/Council/Visa and Immigration.
