Developed a scalable roll-to-roll manufacturing process for fabricating metasurface lens antennas: Employed print-expose-develop technique to create silver patterns on substrates, measured thickness of silver deposit using cross-sectional SEM and correlated it with gain of the antenna- achieving efficient and cost-effective production of high-performance metasurface antennas. (In collaboration with TCS Research)Developed a low-cost, saliva-based microfluidic device for cystic fibrosis screening: Designed chloride-sensitive strips leveraging argentometric titration via a CNC plotter for precise reagent deposition, enabling colorimetric salivary chloride detection.( In collaboration with Dr. Supriya Shinde, Children’s Hospital,Southampton)Development of resistance-based stretchable strain sensor for the application of human motion detection and health monitoring : Working on the analysis of nanowire crack propagation under varying strain conditions employing scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Exploring the relationship between strain and resistance change to establish the sensor’s potential for applications in health monitoring and motion detection systems.

Performed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis using Ansys Fluent to evaluate the mixing efficiency of various static mixer designs in gasoline blending applications.
