CurrentPresently working as an Manager in Single Firing Process of ceramic/vitrified tiles in the Roller Hearth Kiln of SACMI make. Also previously worked as a Shift In charge (Production)Some of the current job responsibilities are as follows:• Overseeing production related task including planning, procurement, control and troubleshooting for achieving the planned production target.• Root causes analysis, corrective and preventive action taken against any non-conformity in the material through Kiln.• Better utilization of space, cost reduction and manpower saving to increase productivity.• Ensuring the right flow of material in time to avoid the production losses due to stock out.• Monitoring consumption rate of raw materials, spare parts etc.• Planning and monitoring of refractory rollers stock, ceramic fiber, refractory bricks for smooth operation of roller furnace/kiln. • To reduce the specific consumption of gas and increase productivity.• To post the production data in SAP.• IMS documentation.• Certified Internal Auditor & member of the IMS core team. Conducting internal audits for different departments
