- Review and process payment certificates of contractor.- Pre-commencement documentation submission to the Council.- Pre-commencement documentation to the Water authorities such as CWW, Western Water for Water & Sewer reticulation works.- Attending site meeting minutes and taking minutes.- Site inspection of all projects.- Construction audit for Road & Drainage & Water & Sewer reticulation works.- Review and submission of Asset recording to the authorities.- Liaising with all stakeholder such as Council, Client, consultants, Water authorities and contractors & Surveyor on timely manner to get the SOC (Statement of compliance).- Getting AOW, EDLP from Melbourne Water, water authorities & Council.- Review Extension of Time (EOT) from contractor on time to time & updates the EOT register.- Overall contract administration for all projects as per the contract obligation.

-Assist the Flood Recovery Project Managers with the timely delivery of Projects.- Assist the Flood Recovery Project Manager with the compilation of tender documentation and other administrative duties relating to tenders as directed by Flood Recovery Project Managers.- Assist with other, office-based duties relating to contract administration as directed by Flood Recovery Project Managers.- Assist the Flood Recovery Project Managers in the liaison with the Parks Victoria Regional Flood Recovery Co-ordinators to co-ordinate flood recovery works.- Liaison with suppliers and or installers to assist the Flood Recovery Project Managers with the administration of flood recovery contracts.- Maintaining with spreadsheets, filing systems and relevant databases (Data entry and report generation) to support flood recovery project activities.- Retrieval of data from Park Victoria Databases for the purpose of assisting with planning and implementation of the flood recovery projects.Assist the flood recovery Project Managers to Manage the budget and insurance claim process for the flood recovery projects.
