PROFILE:1. Handling key accounts & ensuring that service levels are achieved in line with contracts and that customers’ expectations are met or exceeded2. Managing & monitoring FMS accounts on PAN India basis.3. Presenting the service level, engineer productivity, spare consumption & other parameters during the review meeting with the customers.4. Responsible for revenue generation.5. Coordination with onsite engineers to ensure compliance of all processes and procedures at the site6. Incident management which include reduction in overall incident, Control on repeat call, findings and action plan.7. Ultimate ownership of all customers’ incidents or logged service requests.8.
