As per drawing preparing MTO (Material Take Off) and submit the same to concern dept & PDO PE for approval and accordingly collation of materials from PDO. Planning the required storage area for the project materials.Materials receipts and verify as per Delivery Note, P.O copy & Material test Certificate.Raising RFI (Request for Inspection) to QA/QC dept for all project materials.Inspects thoroughly all materials to be collected; color code, size, thickness, heat number, traceability and other specifications.Issues in accordance with safety operations and ensuring smooth flow of project.Preservation of materials complying with quality & HSE standards.Controlling the store keepers and monitoring the Materials incoming, Issuing and outgoing.Follow up and coordinating with purchase and supplier for the mobilization and balance of all project materials.Co-ordination for Materials collection from PDO’s Supply Logistics Warehouse.Tracking of Material Status with PDO and Project Manager with reference to the Rig movements and Project urgencies and exigencies.Periodic stock checking, and sourcing of materials for all well hook-up, flow line and OHL etc in time to avoid oil deferment and to ensure accuracy of balance of stocks.Updating and Informing about project Material shortages to client PDO.Reconciliation of materials and closing out of job orders with PDO and also facing the Internal Audit, as well as PDO audit.Returning of all surplus materials to PDO supply logistics warehouse.Maintaining all records of each material from the point of ordering to final issuance for execution, o-ordinate with PDO vendors and procurement departments to speed up delivery’s for the critical items like transformers, beam pumps, CRA Kits, various types of pipes, Wooden and concrete OHL poles etc to avoid disruption in field activities.

Supervise entire warehouse, plan and control all shifts operational areas according to the Warehouse Management. Supervise all warehouse operations like (Loading, Unloading, Packing, picking and dispatching).Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication.Taking care of Receipt & Dispatches for project material, Likewise preparation of GRN for incoming material, service entries.Material receipts and issues in accordance with safety operations and ensuring smooth flow of project.Controlling the store keepers and monitoring the Materials incoming and Issuing.Follow up and coordinating with purchase and supplier for the mobilization of materials.Inventory Management Process including Goods Receipt, Transfer postings, Stock Transfers, Inter-warehouse transfer, Storage Location to Storage Location Transfer. Preparing service entry for services like Equipment handling, Material handling, transportation, etcArranging, updating and submitting the waybills (FORM-402 & 403, FORM-XI) records to Sale tax Dept.Perpetual stock verification & reconciliation. Periodical inventory.Preparing report and put MIS for Management of further decision and disposal of salvaged goods.Budget Preparation and Co-ordinate with Technical Members.Procurement Activities basis of site requirement.Creating Purchase Requisition. Arranging Transportation and monitoring Logistics function. Arranging Transport for distribution of materials to state level warehouse.Expedite right time availability in co ordination with supplier, Procurement team & Transporters, CHA (Cargo Clearing House Agent) for Imported Material.Co ordination with Scrap management cell for disposal of scrap (especially wooden scrap) generated at central stores and its related yard.Co ordination with octroi agent for refunding the octroi amount from corporation (BMC, PCMC) and Various Jakat naka.
