- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits to oversee operational efficiency.- Perform comprehensive audits, including technical assessments, and submit detailed reports.- Develop and implement SOPs and EOPs.- Conduct scenario testing for various risk combinations, ensuring preparedness at all levels.- Monitor teams to ensure adherence to job descriptions and Statements of Work (SOW).- Record and share site risks,creating risk registers for review with customers.- Maintain discipline and conduct standards across all sites, collaborating closely with site leads.- Work with HR teams to ensure manpower aligns with agreed contract terms.- Oversee equipment maintenance, reporting discrepancies,and remedial measures to the Business Manager.- Monitor attendance, uniforms, and tools, ensuring accuracy for invoicing and salary processing.- Conduct and report on trainings, measuring efficacy and reporting to the Business Manager.- Meet with customers during site visits, prepare Minutes of the Meeting, and track action items.- Manage HR-related matters, capturing, tracking, and closing issues with timely reporting to the Business Manager.- Ensure timely sourcing of manpower and handle incident reports, MOMs, and daily registers at sites.- Collaborate with SCM teams to support site logistics and conduct contract renewal proposals.- Support the Business Manager in developing cost proposals for existing and new business.- Drive organic growth at sites, prepare Annual Development Plans (ADP) under BM guidance.- Guide teams on engineering agendas, preventive maintenance, and fault remediation.- Promote sustainability initiatives, complying with global environmental standards.- Oversee transitions as needed and advised by the Business Manager.- Plan and implement transformation programs across sites, ensuring diligent execution.- Support the implementation of overarching programs rolled out by the Business Manager.
