In my current role as an Implementation Manager I am responsible for implementation of MDP (Mid Management Development Program) and Confluence (Program for First Time Onsite Travellers). I am playing a key role in enhancing the program design & delivery, with a vision to refine the programs and embellish its efficiency and constantly bring in innovative solutions in mode of delivery, also part of Global Learning Delivery as a Location & Portfolio Lead, managed Location with a team & Program Managed a Global Portfolio for Behaviour enablement which consisted enhancing learning and learner experience.

• Converting the learning centre to a profitable centre with dynamics decisions making with a proper plan and control.• Identifying target clients for the purpose of making the institutions of higher educations• Visiting potential clients (Corporates, Colleges, and Schools).• Plan budget, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting system.• Interact with senior managements of corporate organizations, educational intuitions and appraising about various programs offered by organisation.• Conceiving key making strategies to secure students admission for the courses.• Reviewing the performance of team members on monthly basis on various parameters such as student enrollments, quality of education, and student placement.• Monitoring the centre operations and ensuring that they meet the quality standards benchmarked by the Head Office.• Implementing special technical initiatives rolled out by the Regional Office and Head Office.

• Handling Delivery & IS operations for 35+ centres of Maharashtra, and Gujarat.• Ensuring Quality of Education Delivery by monitoring the Norms of Delivery Parameters.• Monitoring Training plan as per the Faculty Skill Development and ensure Faculty Certifications as per Norms.• Monitoring Strategic initiatives rolled out by organisation.
