• Prove out various types of components on VIGEL twin spindle HMC machine of various customers and using different types of tooling.• Process proving and cycle time reduction.• Hand on experience of programming in om31i Fanuc CNC control as well as Siemens 840D SL control.• To achieving CP-CPK of critical dimension as per acceptance criteria of customer.• Prove out again same component at customers end on VIGEL machine.• Machine commissioning,Installation and hand over all documents as well as give training related to operating, programming as well as maintenance of VIGEL machine to customer• Minute of meeting with customer and machine sign-off. ACHIVEMENTS IN VIGEL: • Proved various types of auto components in India as well as out of India like master cylinder, caliper housing & its bracket, bearing cap, bearing housing, cylinder head, front knuckle, ABS valve body, compressor housing etc.• More than 20 machines Installation & commissioning completed in aboard successfully.• Validation test & new programming developed on VMC (New product).• Process prepared for in-house machining parts & proved on TS3 JUARASTIC Machine.

• Setting & Prove out various types of component of machines as well as job works as per drawing on CNC machines.• Tool selection, setting and programming for component.• To solve technical problem in activity.• Preparation of component & drawing for programming & fixturing.• Selection of cutting parameters for various types of tools. Key Skills in Machining: • Experience on HASS HMC & VMC, JUARASTIC (TS-5) 5- AXIS & JUARASTIC MX-7 RAM 12-AXIS, MAZAK HMC & VMC, BFW HMC, Makino HMC & VMC etc.• CNC programming on Fanuc, Hass, Heidenhain, Siemens and Mazatrol.• Hands on experience on variety of CNC machining centers. Programming in swiel cycle like table spindle & milling head on 840D versions on Siemens control currently.• Knowledge of fixture development, tooling & job work development.
