During my internship at Sagar Distribution, I gained extensive experience working in Linux environments, troubleshooting issues, setting up Access Points, and managing test servers. I provided Kaspersky support to customers and collaborated effectively with diverse teams, enhancing my communication skills. Additionally, I set up FTP servers and clients in Linux, deployed static web applications on Apache2 servers in Ubuntu, and worked with Wazuh. This internship offered me valuable insights into security and networking, and I developed a strong understanding of working in a professional environment, including ticket management and effective communication with supervisors and team members. As Sagar Distribution is an official vendor for Kaspersky, Brother Printers, and other products, I had the opportunity to test and work with these features, further broadening my technical expertise.
