• Engaging with the marketing teams for activation, campaigns, movement of customers into higher slabs, reduction in dormancy, on boarding process, visibility and marketing campaigns, digital sourcing etc.
• Portfolio management in terms of cross sell of existing portfolio, segment wise profitability, activation and retention strategy etc.
• Maintaining business costs, tariff reviews, outstanding recoveries, Channel Pay outs, Plp Structure etc. to maintain a healthy P & L for the function
• Liaison with regulators like NSDL, CDSL, BSE IT, SEBI for Business related strategy, organizing of contests, Investor Awareness Programs, Inter Depository Meets and Market Insights

• Acquisition of new franchisees, on boarding and nurturing them to ensure mutually beneficial returns.
• Leading a team of direct reportees and over 60 franchisees across the state.
• Conceptualize and implement schemes / contests / promotions for ensuring optimum utilization of resources and higher turnovers / inwards / new accounts through the sub-brokers
