This is an Internet Application wherein users can buy Auto Insurance online .The application takes the user through a series of screens where the user enters his Driver details, Vehicle details and the Coverage Limits he would like to select. With these user details the Application interacts with Amex Rating Engine through XML document using MQ Series which provides the user with a six month Premium which the user can pay online with his Credit card or Charge card or by giving his Check Number and Routing Number. At any time the user can save his Quote and exit and reenter the site with his Logon id, which is provided by an external device SSO (Single Sign On). This Application also interacts with another external device NCO to do a credit check for the user .The data flow between the Application and external devices is through MQ Series in the form of XML document. Handling customer complaints and maintaining the uptime of the equipments of Major Corporates, Central and State Govt. departments was his responsibility. He was deputed to work on a wireless project for Maharashtra State Disaster Management Plan and was also deputed as Area Service Manager (ASM) for enhancing the service network and business development of Chattisgarh area for GTL. As an ASM he established a network of service dealers across Chattisgarh to handle the increasing customer base. He ensured that the dealers maintained the optimum stock level of spares for quick response and delivering efficient services. He was rewarded for his excellent technical support work and customer handling skills. His deployment saw a great increase in the company sales in the region.
