He was deputed to work on a wireless project for Maharashtra State Disaster Management Plan and was also deputed as Area Service Manager (ASM) for enhancing the service network and business development of Chattisgarh area for GTL. As an ASM he established a network of service dealers across Chattisgarh to handle the increasing customer base. He ensured that the dealers maintained the optimum stock level of spares for quick response and delivering efficient services. He was rewarded for his excellent technical support work and customer handling skills. His deployment saw a great increase in the company sales in the region.
