Responsible for safe & efficient operation of Process & Production (Batch & continuous operation) through DCS (YOKOGAWA & Emerson). Handling Process like K-41 ,K-65 , AH-667 , AC-14 , LAPOX-3410, AH-365, DDM.To procure raw materials, Issuance of materials and maintain Inventory of RM and Finish Goods and Hazardous Waste Management.Monitor and provide 100% accountability of both the material consumption in the manufacturing activities and WIP inventory.Audit preparedness and compliance as per the customer requirement. Production Planning and Scheduling for Packing and Dispatch. Prepare and update the P&IDs (Piping and instrumentation diagrams) & PFDs (Process flow diagrams) for all the plant processes Initiate MOC (Management of change), PSSR (Pre-startup safety reviews) as per process requirement in the plant. Contribute towards new projects as per the process requirement w.r.t. planning, detailing & execution  To sustain product quality and yield by addressing deviations observed.Schedule and conduct regular safety training for all contract and permanent employees highlighting the importance of safety, equipment usage instructions, measures to be taken during an emergency, etc.Unit operations simple distillation,vaccum distillation Azeotropic distillation ,mixing ,separation ,filtration Working with all Safety systems in company(hydrants, fire extinguishers, other Safety systems, etc.
