Current• Receive the loan applications from customer service team and carryout a completeness check• Verify documents including but not limited to birth certificates, AOI, Void cheque etc.• Follow up with loan applicants for requirement of additional documents, if any• Ensure loan application and other documentations complies with relevant provincial andfederal laws• Read and understand credit bureau reports and maintain a high level of lending productknowledge• Create a… Show more • Receive the loan applications from customer service team and carryout a completeness check• Verify documents including but not limited to birth certificates, AOI, Void cheque etc.• Follow up with loan applicants for requirement of additional documents, if any• Ensure loan application and other documentations complies with relevant provincial andfederal laws• Read and understand credit bureau reports and maintain a high level of lending productknowledge• Create a new file for each application post completeness check• Update the information from the completed applications into the loan software systemdaily• Coordinate with the banks on Priority Agreement applications as and when needed •• Transfer completed files to credit analyst for further verification or approver for final approval• Perform other duties as assigned Process all new loan applications through the APP and CLP programs which includes initial advances, additional advances, Final Seeded Acreage and Post-production reporting Show less
