I have completed my MTech. (Enterprise systems & Business Analytics) from Federation university Australia in 2020. I am currently enrolled in Professional year program (March-2021-March-2022) from William Light Institute and Australian Computing Society. This course helped to develop of skills such as Australian workplace and culture, business writing, presentation, workplace communication and professional performance as well. Finally, I have finished my 11 weeks of internship as an ICT trainer in St. Basil’s Homes (Residential Aged Care. As an intern I worked on a project based on Mobile device management. This project enhanced my skills which are mentioned below as: -I have below mentioned SFIA generic skills related to my role: -- I fully understand security and privacy ethics. I know the importance of own work with expertise as necessary and operations of the organisation. (Business skill level 4)- I am capable to perform complex activities in under the different environment and circumstances. (Autonomy level 4)- I have ability to influence the colleague and target customers. I can maintain the awareness within the team to keep them up to date. (Influence level 4).I have below mentioned professional skills according to the SFIA framework: -- Methods and Tools (METL level 4) During my internship period, I used proper methods and tools for installation of new application, testing and to provide training to the staff.- Business Analyst (BUAN) SFIA skill level of responsibility 4- I can investigate business requirement, problem and required solutions to resolve the issue for effective business run and find out future opportunities to achieve goals.- Business process improvement (BPRE) SFIA skill level of responsibility 5- I am capable to analyse business process then find out various alternatives, suggest resolve the business issues through system new approaches which can be beneficial for the implementation in the change process.-IT strategic planning (ITSP) level 5- I can gather information from different sources and create interactive reports such as excel spreadsheets, Power Bi files, PowerPoint presentation to assist IT strategic management process. - Data modelling and design (DTAN) skill level of responsibility 4- Testing(TEST) skill level of responsibility 4:-.
